“Having seen and tasted a beautifully iced and delicious tasting baby shower cake made by Iona, I asked her to make my daughter Helen’s wedding cake.
Helen wanted a ‘naked ‘ ( un iced) cake decorated with real roses , berries and icing sugar. We decided on a Victoria sponge with butter icing. Due to the hot weather Iona set it up at the venue while we were at the church and we arrived to find the cake was exactly as we had requested and had lots of positive comments. The sponge was excellent…substantial but still light. Not only was it yummy,  but I thought a fair price. I would definitely ask Iona  to make a celebration cake in the future and have no hesitation in recommending her. ”
